Shipping & Returns
Orders may take longer to ship than usual.
We are doing our best to get your orders processed and shipped as fast as possible but please be patient. We are limiting the number of employees working at one time and also our trips to the post office for the safety of our employees. Shipping may also be delayed by circumstances outside of our control. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your patience!
International shipping delays have been extensive lately, taking multiple months to arrive in some cases. If you are ordering internationally, please do so at your own risk. We are unable to track orders once they leave the US and cannot refund orders that do not arrive to you. We appreciate your understanding that these circumstances are outside of our control.
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more. We offer flat rate US shipping for $6.50 on orders less than $100. Orders less than 16 oz will be shipped First Class, while orders 16 oz or above will be shipped Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided with all domestic orders.

Expedited shipping rates are based on weight and are shipped Priority Mail Express.
Customers interested in picking their package up locally may do so at the Bijou Lovely shop (310 S Stephenson Ave, Iron Mountain, MI) within normal business hours. Please select Local Pickup at checkout. Make sure to leave contact info with your order and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup.
International shipping costs are determined by weight. Due to the variety of items sold in our shop, shipping estimates assume items will be shipped in a box rather than a flat rate envelope, which may make the shipping costs higher than usual if we can fit your order in an envelope. We will refund any shipping overages as soon as we pack up your order!
International customers, please note we do not guarantee any delivery date are not responsible for lost packages, any customs delays or taxes incurred on your package. Tracking information is not available once the packages leave the US. Please order at your own risk.
All orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. We ship with USPS. A tracking number will be provided whenever possible. We accept no responsibility for the delivered condition of the item, however if a package arrives damaged we will do what we can to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the package if your item arrives damaged.
Your satisifaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your package, please email us and let us know. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or are missing an item, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will correct our mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated with the return.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 30 days of date of original purchase. Precut bundles and unopened items, in their original condition, may be returned in exchange for store credit. We will credit your account for price the goods (excluding shipping) once the item is received in the shop. The customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Cut to order fabrics and all books, patterns, sale items and jewelry may not be returned or exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping a return to us. For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your order number, email address and phone number so we can credit your account and contact you if needed.
